Architect / Project Manager

As a Project Coordinator for balcony design projects, your role involves managing the smooth execution of projects by developing and managing schedules, allocating supervisors/contractors, and monitoring progress. You will act as the primary liaison between vendors, logistics partners, and clients to ensure seamless communication. Tracking material procurement and deliveries to align with project timelines will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and circulating MIS reports for management review, identifying bottlenecks, proactively resolving issues, and supporting the project team in maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.
