Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Kottayam and Kochi. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects, overseeing project management, integrating architectural elements, and coordinating with software development as needed. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing designs, preparing detailed layouts, collaborating with clients, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management for handling project timelines and deliverables
• Knowledge of Integration techniques with software development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software
• Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Kottayam
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
