Architect

You are an experienced Design Manager who will be responsible for managing the design delivery process, ensuring high-quality design output, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external design partners, and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with teams and partners to meet quality standards and timelines, managing design delivery resources and performance, conducting design audits for compliance, providing training sessions, identifying suitable design partners, and mentoring junior team members. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and have 3-5 years of experience in design and planning within an architectural design firm or related industry. You should possess a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in design software, excellent communication skills, experience in a collaborative environment, and attention to detail in design and documentation.
