Job Summary - An AWS Solution Architect.

Years of experience needed - Minimum 10 years

Technical Skills:

• OS: Windows, Linux
• Networking: LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls.
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent.
• Backup: NetBackup, Commvault, Rubrik, Cohesity, Zerto etc.
• Storage: SAN, NAS, cloud-based storage solutions.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop end-to-end data center solutions, including compute, storage, networking, and disaster recovery systems
• Create scalable and secure designs for both on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
• Design and implement of data center hardware, virtualization platforms, and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good understanding of Unix, Windows in the virtualized environment, Network infrastructure in datacenter domain
• Architect and implement robust network solutions, including LAN/WAN, SDN, and SD-WAN technologies
• Configure and manage firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs
• Design and implement scalable storage systems (SAN, NAS) and backup solutions
• Implement BCP and DR solutions
• Collaborate with cloud teams to design and integrate hybrid data center solutions
• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in resolving complex issues and direct operation team for resolution
• Participate in providing solution to customer for new deals
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Process Skills:

• Maintains a high degree of technical readiness, in order to be successfully prepared to support the delivery of customer engagements using the latest technologies. Analyzing Risks, Gaps in existing environment and resolve them. Should have capability to influence others to achieve results
• Take responsibility of one or more than one customer as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
• Apply deep and broad technical background and knowledge of industry trends to operate several critical or high-risk technology areas/customer groups. Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions.
• Good understanding ITSM methodology, Especially Incident, Problem, Change management.

Behavioral Skills:

• Lead or work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multifunctional, and addressing complex issues. Should be able to mentor, motivate and train the co-workers. Trusted advisor inside technology area and recognized outside team/technology area.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
