Job Title: Part-Time Architect (Mentor & Advisor)

Role Purpose

To mentor our internal teams, advise on project design decisions, and provide architectural services as required. Should bring deep expertise in architectural design, sustainable development practices, and project advisory, while guiding our team to achieve functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective project outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Mentorship & Advisory

• Guide and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, and sourcing teams on architectural best practices.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the internal team on design principles, materials, and space planning.
• Advise leadership on feasibility, design strategies, and architectural innovations for upcoming projects.
• Project Design & Review
• Provide conceptual inputs, design reviews, and recommendations during different stages of project development.
• Ensure project designs align with functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance standards.
• Review drawings prepared by external consultants or vendors and suggest modifications.
• Coordination & Support
• Collaborate with internal project managers, sourcing team, and external consultants to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Support in vendor/consultant evaluation and selection for specialized design services.
• Advise on cost-effective and innovative architectural solutions without compromising quality.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental considerations.
• Provide oversight on architectural due diligence for land and property acquisitions.

Qualifications Required

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch. / M. Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project advisory.
• Strong exposure to residential, commercial, and community-based projects (experience in wellness/retirement homes is a plus).
• Excellent mentoring and team development skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and modern architectural trends.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication, advisory, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 90 – 100 per week

Expected Start Date: 04/09/2025
