Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End space planning for hospitals, medical facilities, and
Develop master plans, departmental layouts, and clinical flow diagrams

based on functional requirements.

Analyse medical workflows, patient journeys, and support service layouts

to optimize space utilization.

Ensure design compliance with healthcare guidelines NABH and local

building codes.

Design concept, schematic stages
Review architectural plans for adherence to space standards and clinical

functionality.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Deep understanding of healthcare planning, clinical design, and hospital

workflows.

Proficiency in space programming, medical zoning, and functional

adjacencies.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control norms, and

patient safety design.

Leadership in design coordination with architecture, MEP, and project

execution teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team

leadership skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and planning tools.
