Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our interior design team on concept development and space planning
Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D visualizations
Ensure all designs meet local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders during the design and execution phases
Visit project sites for inspections and ensure alignment with approved designs
Assist in project estimation, material selection, and timeline planning
Stay updated with the latest architecture trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
4+ years of proven experience in architectural design (preferably in interior design projects)
Strong proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
Excellent visual communication, presentation, and project management skills
Registered Architect license is a plus
