Architect – Interior Fit-Out (Commercial Projects)

Job Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure design intent, functionality, and quality standards are met within the defined timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and finalize architectural drawings, layouts, and details for commercial interior projects.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, prepare design concepts, and present design proposals.
• Collaborate with MEP, structural, and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth integration of all services.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups for design conformity and quality standards.
• Manage design changes, revisions, and approvals in coordination with project and procurement teams.
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety, regulatory, and building code requirements.
• Maintain documentation for design revisions, approvals, and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to verify design intent during execution.
• Support project managers in cost estimation, value engineering, and material selection.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of commercial interior design and fit-out processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office; knowledge of 3D visualization software is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing for corporate/commercial interiors.
• Good communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• COA registration preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in architecture and design coordination within commercial interior fit-out projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,841.32 - ₹50,613.41 per month
