· Understand the project requirments and objectives
· Conceptualize the design concepts and sketches based on site conditions and client conditions
· design plans, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, furniture layouts, ergonomic dimensions, finish plans, color plans, engineering systems coordination, schematic design and schedules.
· Utilize knowledge of furniture and technology, custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications
· Specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes and flooring.
· Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
· Generate ideas to portray concepts and deliver the designs
· Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
· Co-ordinate well with the team and to provide the necessary information to deliver best designs by meeting expectations of clients
