Architect

bout the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 2+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic architectural practice. The ideal candidate will have exposure to residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, along with strong coordination skills with clients and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing design concepts, working drawings, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support senior architects in design development and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits for monitoring, reporting, and execution follow-ups.
• Collaborate on high-rise, residential, and commercial projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 2 year of professional experience in architecture firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, RD5, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site visits and follow-ups.
