Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
Work closely with architects and engineers to translate concepts into technical drawings.
Modify and revise drawings as requested by architects or project managers.
Ensure all plans comply with local codes, zoning laws, and building regulations.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants as needed.
Maintain organized drawing files and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in developing 3D models, renderings, and presentations when required.
Conduct site measurements or visits if necessary for drawing accuracy.
Keep up to date with changes in design trends, construction methods, and CAD technologies.
