About the Role:

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for

  interior residential projects

  from concept to completion.
• Create detailed architectural and interior layouts, space planning, and presentations.
• Work on refurbishments, new builds, and extension projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to translate requirements into functional and aesthetic designs.
• Oversee on-site execution and ensure that design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.
• Prepare and manage construction documentation and working drawings.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and relevant construction regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) Required

• Experience:

  Minimum

  23 years

  of experience in

  residential interior design

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

• Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and current interior design trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
