Architect Hospitality & International Projects

As an Architect specializing in Hospitality & International Projects at Oswal Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of the projects to ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of coordination between consultants, project teams, and clients (domestic & international). - Overseeing design development, reviewing drawings, and ensuring alignment with project vision and brand guidelines. - Managing coordination between structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants. - Supporting project teams throughout different stages of hospitality and hotel projects, from concept to execution. - Ensuring adherence to international standards, local regulations, and compliance requirements. - Conducting site visits and traveling for project meetings, coordination, and execution as needed. - Preparing presentations, reports, and design documentation for effective client communication. - Collaborating closely with senior leadership to monitor project progress, ensure quality control, and guarantee client satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution. - Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or luxury projects is mandatory. - Strong background in dealing with international clients and multicultural teams. - Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM workflow is a plus. - Ability and willingness to travel frequently for project-related requirements. - Strong problem-solving attitude, client handling ability, and detail-oriented approach.
