Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architect / Engineering Manager with strong expertise in Computer Vision, Video

Processing, Image Processing, AI/ML, and C++, specifically in the domain of Smart CCTV and Intelligent Surveillance

Systems.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture development, oversee engineering teams, design high-performance video analytics pipelines, and deliver

next-generation smart camera products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of Smart CCTV / IP Camera-based AI systems.

• Develop and optimize computer vision and video analytics algorithms for real-time detection and tracking.

• Build robust edge + cloud video inference pipelines for high-performance processing.

• Lead and mentor a team of computer vision, embedded, and software engineers.

• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and product teams for end-to-end integration.

• Work on video codecs, streaming, and low-latency image processing (H.264/H.265/RTSP).

• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorRT, CUDA, DeepStream, ONNX Runtime,

PyTorch, TensorFlow.

• Drive technical strategy, research initiatives, design reviews, and code quality standards.

• Handle system scalability, performance tuning, and production deployment challenges.

• Work with smart camera OEMs, imaging vendors, and technology partners when needed.

• Prepare architectural documentation, system diagrams, and technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics, or similar fields.

• 12+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Video Processing, or related AI domains.

• Strong hands-on programming experience in C++ (Mandatory) and Python.

• Deep understanding of image processing, video analytics, and neural network inference.

• Experience with AI accelerators, embedded platforms (NVIDIA Jetson, ARM, DSP, NPU units).

• Expertise in camera modules, image sensors, ISP pipelines, and CCTV technologies.

• Experience in developing real-time video streaming and processing systems.

• Strong knowledge of ML/DL model optimization (pruning, quantization, TensorRT, ONNX).

• Experience working with RTOS or Linux-based embedded systems is an advantage.

• Proven leadership experience: team building, mentoring, and project delivery.
