Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2+ years of proven experience as an Architect, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop etc.)
Sound knowledge of construction materials, building systems, and sustainability principles.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Professional licensure (registered architect) is a plus.
