Architect - Golang OR Java OR C

As a Squad Manager at UST, you will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team known as a squad. You will play a crucial role in building and empowering this team, overseeing the squad's execution velocity and quality, and actively participating in the hands-on design and development of new product offerings within the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of 2-4 engineers with backgrounds in mobile and backend development, collaborating with product managers and designers, and ensuring end-to-end solutions for customers" projects. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 6 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in backend development within a modern environment (SaaS, CI/CD, Docker). You should have expertise in leading the software design process, working with distributed microservices architecture, and managing teams of 3-5 individuals. Experience in driving big initiatives/projects with an MVP and Agile mindset, along with proficiency in modern execution processes like short sprints, CI/CD, and testing automation, is essential. Previous experience in leading mobile development teams is advantageous.
