Job Title: Architect Location: Wagle Estate, Thane Experience: 3+ Years Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 6:00 PM About the Role: Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Architect with expertise in feasibility reports and leasing. The ideal candidate will contribute to project planning, design, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present feasibility reports for potential projects Support leasing with space planning and technical layouts Develop and review architectural drawings Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities Qualifications: B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized university Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. Strong communication and project coordination skills If interested share your updated CV via WhatsApp- 8655732168.
