Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using industry-standard software.
Support in creating 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions.
Collaborate with senior architects and designers to ensure project requirements are met.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on design solutions.
Assist in preparing documentation for project approvals and permits.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
Basic knowledge of 3D rendering tools (D5 Render, Lumion, V-Ray) is a plus.
Strong creative and technical skills.
Keen on research-based work
Good writing and presentation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Working Knowledge of MS office and other relevant softwares
Strong aptitude for customer relationships and willingness to travel.
