Job Description

Exp : 3 yrs CTC – 6 lac · Design and Planning: Creating architectural designs, blueprints, and plans for various projects, including homes, offices, retail spaces, and other structures. · Coordination: Working closely with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. · Compliance: Ensuring designs and construction adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards. · Project Management: Managing projects from initial concept to completion, including overseeing construction progress, addressing issues, and ensuring quality control. · Technical Skills: Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, drafting, and other technical skills to create and refine designs. · Problem-solving: Addressing technical challenges and issues that may arise during the construction process. · Documentation: Preparing detailed specifications, contracts, and other documentation for projects.
