Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCad/Revit Designer to join our design

And drafting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality 2D &3 drawings. the successful candidates will responsible for preparing accurate architectural designs, models, and construction drawings, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Create accurate and efficient 3D Building Information Models (BIM) in Revit.
Interpret architectural and engineering plans, sketches, and concepts into fully realized designs.
Collaborate with architects, civil and structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
Conduct clash detection and coordination in Revit across multiple disciplines.
Ensure drawings comply with local codes, regulations, and standards.
Update designs based on client feedback, field changes, and RFI responses.
Tekla design & detailing.
Architecture lay outing.
Industrial / domestic interior & exterior design.

Education

Bachelor's degree in
Architectural Engineering
, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience
in 2D drafting and 3D modeling using
AutoCAD and Revit
.
Knowledge of
BIM workflows
and standards.
Familiarity with construction documentation and detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of design accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
