Job Title: Architect – Design & Presentation Focus

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Architect with minimum 2–3 years of professional experience, a strong design sensibility, and excellent presentation skills. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about concept development, visual storytelling, and making a design impact across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to design development across all project phases with a focus on creativity and innovation.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, diagrams, and visual materials to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with senior architects, designers, and consultants on project delivery.
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and internal critiques.
• Research materials, technologies, and trends to inform and elevate design concepts.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in architecture or design studios.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design development, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other visualization software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, design-oriented environment.
