Architect

We are a growing architecture and design firm committed to delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions. We are looking for a motivated and creative fresher architect to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural designs under the guidance of senior architects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
• Support in preparing working drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and vendors when required.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and implementation.
• Participate in design discussions, reviews, and presentations.
• Research materials, building codes, and construction techniques.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Good understanding of space planning and design principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/project experience
• Registered or in process of registering with the Council of Architecture (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
