About this opportunity


We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for a practical, automation-focused engineer who thrives in a fast-moving, innovative environment. You’ll work across the solution lifecycle—building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and improving operational processes—while supporting Agile ways of working and helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and automation. What you will do
  • Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release processes (pipeline-as-code using Jenkinsfile/YAML).
  • Integrate automated unit, integration, performance, and security testing into delivery pipelines.
  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
  • Containerize applications and operate container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Implement and operate monitoring, logging, and observability for DevOps infrastructure (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Maintain version control workflows and branching strategies (Git, GitFlow, trunk-based development).
  • Integrate security tooling (SAST/DAST, secret management) into build and delivery processes.
  • Troubleshoot CI/CD, environment and infrastructure issues and support development teams with environment-related incidents.
  • Develop reusable automation assets, frameworks and utilities; debug and maintain in-house tools.
  • Automate manual workflows and act as custodian for the development environment, coordinating with IT/TE teams.
  • Work in an Agile environment and, where required, act as an Agile/DevOps coach to promote best practices and continuous improvement.


You will bring


  • Education: BE, MCA, MSc/BSc in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD/build tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI, GoCD, CircleCI; and build tools such as Maven/Gradle/Ant.
  • Source control expertise: GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket/Gerrit and branching strategies.
  • Cloud and IaC experience: AWS/Azure/GCP and Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM/Pulumi.
  • Scripting and programming skills: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Groovy, or Go.
  • Container and orchestration experience: Docker, Kubernetes; container registries (Docker Hub, Harbor).
  • Configuration management and automation: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack.
  • Familiarity with code quality and security tooling: SonarQube, SAST/DAST tools, ESLint, JaCoCo.
  • OS and virtualization experience: Linux/Unix/Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V/KVM.
  • Nice-to-have: database and monitoring tool experience (Postgres/MySQL/MongoDB; Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog) and secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault).
  • Professional skills: strong communication and documentation, analytical and detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to troubleshoot complex CI/CD and infrastructure problems.
