Architect

As a Junior Architect at Design Legends Group, your role involves designing and creating working drawings for projects in a timely and efficient manner. You will collaborate with senior architects, consider functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, and follow these steps: - Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs - Start project planning based on client meeting memo - Create planning and zoning - Generate three plan options - Develop three elevation concepts and discuss with Lead Architect - Propose materials for final rendering - Send designs to rendering team for 3D renders Additionally, your responsibilities include: - Making drawings as per the list of drawing annexure - Organizing drawings according to the sample construction file - Issuing the file - Maintaining all documentation, including design drawings and meeting notes You will also be involved in material selection by: - Proposing materials for final renders from catalogues - Finalizing selections with the lead architect/ I.D. - Recording materials in the material order list for the purchase team Furthermore, you will coordinate projects by: - Working closely with the project manager for timely project delivery - Collaborating with estimators, site engineers, and project managers for design execution Your role also includes project closure and evaluation by: - Ensuring timely delivery of designs and drawings within budget - Conducting post-project evaluation for lessons learned and improvement areas To develop your skills and knowledge as an Architect, you will: - Learn to create initial design concepts based on client memos - Lead a team of at least two persons (draftsman and junior architect) for project completion Key Qualifications: - Skills in Construction, Architecture, Quality Assurance, AutoCAD - Strong presentation skills - Experience in architectural design At Design Legends Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills to grow as an Architect.,
