📌 Job Opening: Architect (Min. 3 Years Experience)

We are hiring an experienced Architect with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in both design and structural understanding. The ideal candidate must be strong in manual designing and well-versed in preparing detailed floor plans, 3D elevations, electrical & plumbing drawings, and working drawings.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare clear and accurate floor plans as per client requirements.

Create 3D elevations and walkthroughs for presentation.

Coordinate and integrate structural understanding into architectural design.

Develop detailed working drawings, including electrical and plumbing layouts.

Prepare door/window schedules and site coordination drawings.

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and construction drawings.

Strong command of manual design as well as software tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc.).

Sound knowledge of structural coordination and practical site execution.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
