Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Experience with CoPilot or GenAI Key Roles and Responsibilities Technology Assessment & Modernization: Evaluate legacy applications (and propose modernization strategies, especially for cloud migration and platform upgrades Solution Design & Proposal: Develop IT transformation proposals that align with business goals, including application consolidation and cloud-native architecture Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with tower leads, delivery leaders, and governance teams to ensure alignment across transformation initiatives Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on support for technical issues, guide teams through architectural decisions, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards Strategic Planning: Contribute to transformation roadmaps, including carve-out activities and onboarding processes for offshore delivery centres Technical Proficiency: Cloud platforms: AWS (Mandate), Azure DevOps practices and Agile methodologies Microservices, API management, and modern software development Data integration, security, and IT platform modernization Gen AI toos and implementations Certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, or cloud certifications are often preferred 3Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.
