Job Summary

Architect BIM

BIM software, preferably Revit

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  BIM models for architectural works

  using Revit/BIM software.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, details, sections, elevations, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate architectural models with

  Structural, MEP, Civil, and other engineering disciplines

  .
• Identify and resolve design clashes and interface issues through BIM coordination.
• Prepare

  shop drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, architectural details, and as-built drawings

  .
• Review architectural drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
• Support the Project Manager and Engineering team in resolving architectural and technical issues at site.
• Ensure architectural drawings and BIM models are updated based on approved design changes and site requirements.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and BIM coordination meetings.
• Assist in preparation of architectural BOQ inputs and quantity take-offs wherever required.
• Ensure proper document control and maintain the latest approved drawings/models.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Review RFIs, technical submissions, material approvals, and architectural-related shop drawings.
• Support preparation of

  as-built BIM models and documentation

  at project completion.
• Ensure compliance with applicable project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

  from a recognized institution.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience

  in architectural design and BIM coordination.
• Candidates with experience in

  Railway Station, Metro, Airport, Transportation Infrastructure, Commercial Buildings, or large-scale EPC projects

  will be preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in

  Autodesk Revit / BIM

  is mandatory.
• Knowledge of

  AutoCAD

  is required.
• Knowledge of Navisworks / BIM coordination tools will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural construction details and site execution.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Railway Station Redevelopment Projects
• Railway / Metro Infrastructure
• EPC Projects
• Large-scale Public Infrastructure Projects
• Commercial / Institutional Buildings
• BIM-based Design & Coordination
• Architectural Construction Documentation
