Architect BIM Specialist

As an Architect BIM Specialist at Bluemoon Construction in Chennai, you will be a vital part of our team, focusing on planning, designing, and coordinating architectural projects with precision and proficiency in BIM software. Your role will involve ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards through the use of BIM tools like Revit, ArchiCAD, and Navisworks. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare architectural designs and presentations utilizing BIM software. - Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed 3D models and construction documentation. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams for seamless BIM model integration. - Engage in design development, working drawings, and construction documentation stages. - Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and quality standards. - Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts within BIM models. - Maintain project BIM libraries, templates, and standards. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. - 1-4 years of experience in architectural design with hands-on expertise in BIM. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. - Understanding of construction processes, materials, and detailing. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders.
