Architect

As an Architect at a Designing Firm located in Mapusa, North-Goa, your role will involve developing architectural plans for new buildings, renovations, and alterations. Your responsibility will include consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and presenting design proposals accordingly. Additionally, you will be preparing detailed drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and more. You will be expected to oversee construction projects, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and conduct site visits to monitor progress effectively. Analyzing and solving design challenges, as well as finding innovative solutions to meet project requirements, will be crucial aspects of your job. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential for interacting with clients, contractors, and other professionals. Furthermore, familiarity with CAD software, 3D modeling software, and other design tools will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule of day shifts from Monday to Friday.
