An architect is responsible for planning, designing, and guiding a construction project from concept to completion. The architect understands client requirements, budget, and site conditions to create functional and aesthetic designs. They prepare drawings as per local building bylaws, coordinate with structural and service consultants, and assist in obtaining approvals and NOCs. During construction, the architect supervises the work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings. An architect also helps control costs, solve site issues, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining design integrity.
