Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

4-8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.

Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Excellent design, technical detailing, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Detail-orientation skills.

1.Design Development & Execution:

Lead the design process from planning, concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and design quality.

Prepare and review designs, presentation, architectural drawings, plans, and technical details.

2.Research and Analysis:

Perform detailed research on historical references, architectural precedents, and site context.

Integrate research insights into the design narrative and visual language.

Identify locally sourced materials , traditional building methods and align with the cultural and aesthetic vision.

Use research-backed insights to strengthen client presentations and design reviews.

3.Project Coordination & Collaboration:

Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants (MEP, Structural, EC, landscap etc.) to align on design intent and project goals. Coordinate for timely completion of planned activities.

Observe and address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle.

4.Technical Expertise & Quality Control:

Preparing and reviewing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details adhering to project standards and respective DCR.

Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, oberseve/identify design related issues and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of design documentation.

5.Deliverable Planning & Execution:

Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation, drawings, and presentation materials.

Preparing and ensuring project phase and its completion in coordination and collaberation with project architect andexternal consultants.

Flag any scheduling discrepancies to the Team Leader and assist in resolving them.

6.Team Support & Mentorship:

Mentor and guide Junior Architects, providing technical support and design direction.

7.Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

Support client presentations and participate in design discussions and providing thoughtful solutions.

Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions.
