Key Responsibilities 1. Design Development & Planning Conduct comprehensive site assessments to analyse spatial requirements, structural constraints, and client needs. Develop detailed interior design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, false ceiling designs, lighting schemes, and material specifications. Create functional and aesthetically aligned commercial/office layouts, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client expectations. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to refine design concepts and align deliverables with project goals. 2. Technical Expertise Produce high-quality Revit Architecture models, 2D/3D drawings, elevations, and detailed construction documentation. Utilize 3D rendering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Escape) to visualize designs for client presentations. Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for materials, labor, and finishes. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative solutions into projects. 3. Project Coordination & Execution Liaise with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement and adherence to design specifications. Monitor project timelines, resolve on-site design conflicts, and provide technical clarifications during execution. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, quality control, and compliance with design intent. 4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain organized records of drawings, approvals, and project communications. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations (e.g., fire safety, accessibility). Submit periodic progress reports to stakeholders and address deviations proactively. 5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Present design proposals to clients through immersive presentations, 3D walkthroughs, and material samples. Address client feedback promptly and incorporate changes without compromising project timelines. Foster long-term client relationships through transparent communication and reliability. Qualifications and Skills (in complete years) : Qualifications Bachelors/masters degree architecture & interior design 8 12 years of experience in commercial interior design fit-out projects, or architectural planning. Portfolio demonstrating expertise in office spaces, laboratories, or large-scale commercial projects. Skills & Competencies Software Proficiency: Advanced Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, 3D Max/Blender, MS Excel, BIM tools. Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of interior elements (materials, finishes, MEP systems) and building codes. Communication: Exceptional English fluency (written/spoken); ability to lead client meetings & negotiations. Project Management: Deadline-driven with multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments.
