Job Description

We are looking for both Pune and Wakad location.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to
conceptualize and develop architectural projects
using
AI-assisted design tools and workflows
.
Utilize AI for
parametric and generative design
,
space optimization
, and
design automation
.
Apply AI and machine learning tools for
visualization, rendering, and presentation
, using platforms such as
Midjourney, DALL•E, or Stable Diffusion
.
Leverage AI-driven tools to
analyze site data, sustainability metrics, material selection
, and
cost estimation
.
Develop and implement
AI-integrated workflows
compatible with
BIM and CAD platforms
(Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, AutoCAD, etc.).
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to enhance
productivity, precision
, and
innovation
in design deliverables.
Conduct
research on emerging AI technologies
and evaluate their applications in architecture and construction.
Train and mentor
team members on the use of AI tools for design and documentation.
Support
client presentations
with AI-enhanced
visualizations, simulations, and concept studies
.
Ensure
design accuracy
, adherence to
building codes
, and compliance with
industry standards
.
