Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings and architectural visualisations, as well as creating engaging visual content to support presentations, proposals, and branding initiatives Collaborate closely with architects and designers to communicate project concepts and designs with clarity, precision, and creativity. Qualities & skills required : Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, Graphic Design, or a related field Proven experience in architectural visualisation and graphic design Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, Sketch-Up, Rhino, or Blender. Advanced skills in rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Enscape, or Lumion, Twin motion Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign Excellent eye for architectural composition, lighting, materials, and spatial awareness. • Strong portfolio demonstrating both 3D and 2D design work, especially in architectural contexts. Essential Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders of architectural projects . Translate architectural drawings, sketches, and ideas into compelling visual Create diagrams, infographics, mood boards, and graphic layouts for client Enhance project visuals through thoughtful use of lighting, textures, and atmosphere. Collaborate with architects to understand project narratives and design intent. Maintain a consistent visual language aligned with the firms branding and design standards. Work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently. Desirable Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
