Job Description

You are a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect with 1-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably with onsite project exposure. You will join our dynamic team located in Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives, assisting in developing design concepts, layouts, and material specifications, overseeing onsite project execution to ensure adherence to design plans and timelines, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material procurement and quality checks, conducting regular site inspections to maintain design integrity and resolve challenges, and maintaining project documentation and reports. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/VRay, or similar software, and a strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.,
