Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination. You will assist in developing innovative architectural solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Support senior architects in the preparation of concept designs, presentations, and construction documents
• Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination with contractors and consultants
• Prepare and modify architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure design goals and deadlines are met
• Stay current with local building codes, materials, and industry trends
• Contribute to design reviews and offer creative input on projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• 1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or related role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good design sensibility with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
• Basic knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
