Architect (3d Designer)

You are a B Arch Graduate with a minimum score of 70% and a CGPA of at least 7.5, ready to join immediately. You are enthusiastic about working on various captivating Building Design and applications, eager to learn, and interested in exploring multi-discipline design aspects. Your responsibilities will include having a solid understanding and the ability to interpret architectural/technical drawings. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and designers, working from concept to the design development phase. In this role, you will coordinate internally and seek guidance from senior members for the preparation of designs. Additionally, you will be required to generate quick 3D models for concepts and design developments, as well as create sketches with inputs from others and compile them into reports. As a candidate for this position, you should possess a B Arch degree with a minimum of 70% CGPA. You must have knowledge of 3D design and be proficient in software such as Revit, Rhino, etc. An interest in building architecture, materials, and construction techniques is essential. Furthermore, skills in hand sketching, illustration, presentation, and report preparation are highly valued. You should be capable of working within specified timeframes, have a good understanding of design communication, and be willing to relocate to Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai.,
