Archer Developer

As an Archer Developer with over 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the technical administration of the RSA Archer platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the administration of user accounts, data feeds, workflow, and reports access - Providing development and configuration support based on technical requirements - Ensuring smooth operation of the platform by executing test cases, documenting them, and supporting User Acceptance Tests - Defining and configuring questionnaires, workflows, forms, and reports in Archer - Owning technical issues and problem resolution, as well as managing requests efficiently - Participating in and supporting Archer version upgrades - Installing, testing, and deploying new applications in Archer - Working closely with service management and infrastructure teams for technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution - Conducting training sessions for stakeholders, both in-person and online, to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the platform To excel in this role, you should have experience working as an RSA Archer Administrator, with a strong background in RSA implementation and integration. Proficiency in managing databases and handling multiple data feeds is essential. Experience in integrating with other management tools will be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this position.
