Job Description: Role Overview We are looking for a technical assistant- virtual support for smooth execution of virtual and hybrid conferences by managing the technical setup, monitoring live sessions, providing real-time troubleshooting, and assisting speakers, moderators, and participants with technology-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Newsletter Publishing 1. Set up and test virtual conference platforms. 2. Assist in uploading presentation materials and scheduling sessions. 3. Provide technical assistance for speakers, moderators, and panelists during or before the meeting 4. Manage breakout rooms, Q&A, and chat moderation during live sessions. 5.
