Two positions available (Languages: Arabic & Russian)

Job Responsibilities:

The International Medical Counsellor will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Connect with international patient leads.
• Understand the patient's medical condition.
• Provide the best possible treatment plan from hospitals to meet the patient’s requirements.
• Assess the patient's financial condition and develop a treatment plan within their budget.
• Convince patients to undergo treatment through Fitsib.
• Coordinate with our hospital operation team to obtain Visa Invitation letters for patients.
• Assist in filling out visa applications for the patient and their attendant.
• Find hotels within the patient’s budget.
• Pre-intimate the hospital and hotel regarding patient arrival based on flight tickets.
• Arrange transportation for patient pickup from the airport.
• Ensure the patient is admitted to the hospital and that treatment proceeds within the planned budget.

Education Qualification:

• Prior experience in Medical Tourism is desired but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in the field of medical tourism with a track record of successful business development.
• Network Building: A natural ability to network and establish strong business relationships with industry partners.
• Target-Driven: Comfortable with a performance-based culture and capable of meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with international partners.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan for both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
