AR Executive

You are looking to hire an AR Trainee to join your team at Pratap Nagar, Nagpur for a night shift role. As an AR Trainee, you will be responsible for AR follow-up/Insurance calling in a medical billing company. Your main duties will include denial management, calling insurance companies in the US on behalf of healthcare providers, and following up on outstanding Accounts Receivables and claims. To excel in this role, you should have good communication skills, knowledge of MS Excel, and a sound understanding of the U.S. Healthcare Domain from the provider side. It is preferable for candidates to be non-experienced in IT, as this is a Non-IT position. You will be required to manage and develop collaterals as needed, check with the Team Leader for client updates, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations. Additionally, you will need to meet productivity and quality targets within specified timelines, identify and escalate issues to the Team Leader/Manager, update production logs, and follow quality processes using checklists.
