AR Caller / Senior AR Caller (Night Shift)

As an AR caller / Sr. AR caller at Shiash Info Solutions, you will play a crucial role in accounts receivable management within the healthcare domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing accounts receivable processes in the healthcare sector - Utilizing knowledge of medical billing practices - Demonstrating strong communication and negotiation abilities - Ensuring attention to detail and accuracy in handling denials, RCM, and the End to End process - Working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines - Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office tools - Understanding insurance claim processes and guidelines - Handling denial management and appeals effectively - Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy - Possessing certification in medical billing and coding would be beneficial To qualify for this role, you must have: - A minimum of 1 year of experience as an AR caller - Prior experience in physician/hospital billing - Knowledge of medical billing practices in the healthcare industry Please note that freshers are not eligible for this position.
