As an AR Caller at Guha Technology and Solutions (P) Ltd, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable transactions for assigned clients. Your role will involve verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for patients, following up with insurance companies on unpaid claims, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also be required to communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and concerns, while adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.
