  • Handle

    denied and unpaid claims

    effectively through calling insurance companies.
  • Understand and resolve

    denial reasons

    and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Work on

    claims status

    appeals

    re-submissions

    as needed.
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in AR Calling (Denial Management process).
  • Strong knowledge of

    US Healthcare / RCM process

  • Excellent

    verbal communication skills

    (Voice Process).
  • Ability to work in a

    night shift environment
