AR Caller

Role & responsibilities:
Primary responsibility of a Sr. Consultant would be achieving daily KRAs assigned to him / her not limited to following1. Production Review of claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.2. Quality Complete production with minimal deviation or3. TOS – Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system. Note- HGS does not handle RCM – AR Services. Kindly exclude HGS from the list,Please share the JD within the team who wants to refer for L2 in RCMPreferred candidate profile Selection Criteria:

• Should have overall experience of 1 to 4 years of RCMS Experience
• Good analytical skills required
• Good communication skills
• Should be flexible to work from office

Should be flexible to learn / explore new opportunities

Candidate should have basic understanding of :
Claim form 1500Physician RCM BackgroundProvider sideCoding tools CCI, MCKessonSpecialties - Ex: Cardiology, radiology, gastro, peds, ortho, medicine, emergency medicine, surgery etc.,Clearing houses like way star, ecommerce etc.,CPT range & ModifiersShould be voice based onlyDME & Claim adjudication will not come under Physician ARDomain on overpayment alone will not qualify for L2 screeningDomain on Hospital AR will not qualify for Physician AR but can route the candidate to Hospital AR hiring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
