A/R Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for calling insurance companies in the US to follow-up on claims, reviewing EOB/ERA, denials, understanding denial reasons, and initiating appropriate actions. Additionally, you will analyze denials, work on rejections, and be involved in the RCM process focusing on data analysis. It is essential to meet all agreed goals and objectives within specified timeframes as part of the company's overall mission. Key Responsibilities: - Make calls to insurance companies in the US to follow-up on claims - Review EOB/ERA and denials to understand denial reasons - Initiate appropriate actions based on denial reasons - Analyze denials and work on rejections - Be actively involved in the RCM process focusing on data analysis Qualifications Required: - Fluent verbal communication abilities in the English language - Basic working knowledge of computers - Willingness to work continuously on night shifts - College degree preferred Additional Company Details: The job category is Accounts Receivable.
