Apps Support Sr Analyst

As a DevOps Domain Lead at our company, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team in activities such as support, engineering, automation, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Your role is crucial in ensuring quality standards are met within the existing and planned framework. **Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate a deep understanding of banking applications domain knowledge and effectively lead a domain for run the bank and build the bank activities. - Evaluate team performance, motivate & coach team members, and monitor the quantity and quality of work. - Act as a consultant to management on long-term system strategies and oversee specific product lines to ensure timely delivery and meeting budget targets. - Own end-to-end projects and environment setup, including VM setup, disk allocation, software installation, CICD pipeline setup, CyberArk FID/Agent onboarding, network setup, and capacity planning. - Provide conceptual analyses for complex issues and articulate in senior management calls. - Automate redundant tasks, utilize AI for automating Developer Operations, and adopt modernization initiatives to simplify DevOps operations. - Ensure managed products are operationally ready and in line with organizational standards, and comply with Citi policy. - Identify new vendor opportunities and strategies for managed product lines and manage technology risks within the assigned portfolio. **Qualifications:** - 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking domain and technology management role. - Experience in Financial Services or a large complex/global environment. - Project Management and DevOps experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, and benchmarking activities. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.,
