The DevOps Domain Lead position is an intermediate management role where you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team in various activities related to support, engineering, automation, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You will work closely with Technology teams and Application development teams to ensure quality standards are met within the existing and planned framework. Your responsibilities will include having a deep understanding of banking applications domain knowledge, leading a domain efficiently for both operational and developmental activities, evaluating team performance, coaching team members, and ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget targets. You will also be involved in end-to-end project ownership, environment setup, automation of redundant tasks, and adopting modernization initiatives to simplify DevOps operations.
