Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions. You should be proficient in implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions. Additionally, having at least 1 year of experience in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role is preferred. Experience in optimizing and troubleshooting products or services would be a plus. It is important to have a good understanding of the media landscape and knowledge of Google's advertising solutions or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms. You should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing insights to customers. The ability to create programs to drive performance, such as product adoption plans and campaign optimization syncs, is also desirable. As a member of the gTech Ads team, you will be responsible for providing support and technical services for customers using Google's Ad products. This includes helping customers optimize their use of Ad and Publisher products, setting up accounts, implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for their business and marketing needs. You will also be involved in providing complex technical and measurement solutions, along with consultative support for larger customers. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google is essential to develop better solutions, tools, and services to enhance the client experience and improve products.
