Role Overview: You will be responsible for working as a developer with expertise in Java, J2ee, Hibernet, Spring boot, Oracle, and PL/SQL. Your role will involve interacting with Stakeholders, Development Project Manager, as well as the development, testing, and production support teams. The ideal candidate should be a dependable and resourceful software professional who can effectively collaborate in a large development team within a globally distributed, dynamic work environment that promotes diversity and teamwork while being able to handle high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 8-15 years of development experience with a mix of technologies including Angular, Java, J2ee, Hibernet, Spring boot, Oracle, and PL/SQL. - Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis, programming, and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with Java, J2ee, Hibernet, Spring, Oracle, and PL/SQL. - Proficiency in Agile Process, JIRA, GIT, uDeploy. - Leadership skills including experience in leading a team of 5-10 people. - Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver independently and quickly. - Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Experience in working on large scale global projects. - Excellent communication skills to articulate and document technical and functional specifications effectively. - Proactive problem-solver with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and be a team player. - Flexibility to work on multiple complex projects and adapt to changing priorities.
